Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with from day one! When we met Chris we had no idea what part of Charlotte we wanted to be in and how much land/house we needed. We also had a very specific zoning requirement, which made things a bit more complicated. Chris helped us navigate the listings and kept in very regular contact throughout the narrowing down of properties and closing of our home. We were living out of state prior to the purchase, which could have made this process very daunting, but Chris was always available for phone conferences and for viewing properties when we were in town. Once we got to the negotiation stage he advised and helped us strategize for what was most important to us. He was also very instrumental in working through the due diligence with us. Chris is incredibly professional, personable and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have imagined working with anyone else through all of this and truly appreciate all of his help. Without a doubt we were able to find and purchase our dream property thanks to Chris!
